To all FI Orthodontics Patients,

In accordance with the developments of the COVID-19 Coronavirus in our region and at the recommendation of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario and relevant health authorities, we are closing the office and will be limiting our services to those patients in need of true emergency treatment only. (i.e. severe pain, facial swelling or trauma from the orthodontic appliances).

As health care providers, the health, safety, and wellbeing of our patients, staff, doctors and our community is our top priority. All elective dental treatments will be re-scheduled. Our staff will be contacting patients with elective treatments to re-schedule and it is anticipated that the new appointments will be given after April 6th, 2020 and onwards depending on how the situation evolves.

We will be monitoring phone calls, text messages and emails regularly as this crisis evolves and as soon as we know more details, we will be informing all our patients.

If you are unsure as to whether you need emergency treatment, please take a picture of the area that is involved in the emergency and send it by text to our phone #226 973 2498 with a concise explanation of what happened and the symptoms it may involve, Dr. Inocencio will evaluate the need to taking the patient to the office or instructions will be given to the patient to make sure they can take care of it at home.

Thank you for your understanding and commitment to help during these critical times that affect us all, but our primary concern is your wellbeing and the safety of our dental staff, our families and our communities alike.
